The company gives individuals the ability to assess their most transferable skills, identify areas of improvement, and develop a strategy that will help them make progress toward their desired profession in ways that will benefit their current or future employers.
The concept for HR FarmTeam is based on the farming system used in professional sports like baseball. The role of the farming system is to provide experience and training for young players with an agreement that any successful players can move on to a higher level at a given point, usually in an association with a major-level parent team. HR FarmTeam is applying this approach to the business world to ensure that current and future employees can be more successful.
